What's the difference between Standard and Pro?+
Standard is free and lets you connect Stripe and PayPal. Pro is $9/month and unlocks every gateway available on the platform, including crypto processors.
Do you store customers' card numbers?+
No. All card entry happens inside each provider's secure, PCI-compliant hosted fields. We only keep the result of a charge: amount, status, card brand, last four digits and a reference ID.
Can I use my own merchant accounts?+
Yes — that's the point. You connect the accounts you already have, money settles directly with your processor, and we never sit in the middle of your funds.
Can I switch or disconnect a gateway later?+
Any time. Disconnect or replace credentials from the Merchants page and past transactions stay in your history.
How is billing handled for Pro?+
The $9/month subscription is billed separately from your own connected gateways, and you can cancel whenever you like.
